Do I need to know my Leadership Archetype before joining
No. You will take the Leadership Archetype Assessment inside the program. It is integrated into the curriculum and will guide your development throughout the immersion.
Is this for newer coaches and healers or only established practitioners
This immersion is designed for coaches and healers who already have experience leading clients, circles, or communities. You do not need to be at a certain revenue level, but you do need to have a foundation of work, a sense of your medicine, and a desire to deepen your leadership so you can hold more clients, more emotion, and more impact with clarity.
This program is not for beginners who are learning the basics of coaching or facilitation. It is for practitioners who are ready to refine and expand their leadership.
I have taken leadership programs before. How is this different
Most leadership programs focus on theory or generic skill building. Spiritual Leadership Immersion focuses on emotional leadership, energetic leadership, and identity level leadership. What if I am sensitive or easily overwhelmed by group dynamics

What is the time commitment
Expect one weekly live session along with optional practices and reflections. Most participants spend ninety minutes to three hours per week depending on their level of engagement.
