I created Private LUSH Mentorship for anyone who would love to walk through the LUSH framework with me, one on one.

We move from your vision all the way to your client journey, and we weave sacred rituals and energy practices into the strategy every time we meet.

Each session has a set experience, so you know what we are walking into, and there is always time for the questions you bring for guidance.

Between our sessions you can reach me on Voxer or Slack, and the LUSH Business Academy lessons are yours to explore while we work together.

Your Magic Medicine

Our focus

Medicine Magic, woven through your Brand Map. We name the transformation you bring, who you bring it to, and the words and visual feeling that make your medicine easy to recognize.

You leave with

A medicine statement, a few sentences in your own words that name your gifts and the transformation you bring. You also leave with a completed Brand Map, your guide to your brand essence, your voice, and the words and visual feeling that make your work recognizable.

Our focus

Methodology Alchemy. We turn the way you already work into a named method with clear phases you can teach and sell.

You leave with

A named framework with three to five phases, a deeper knowing of your methodology, and the words to explain the framework at the heart of your body of work.

An understanding of how you will invite clients and potential clients into your offer, and what your onboarding, maintenance, offboarding, and renewal journey looks like. You leave with a repeatable system and clients who renew.

How each session flows

The same five movements, every time

  1. 10 minArrival ritual. Breath, an altar moment, or a card pull that opens the focus of the day.
  2. 15 minGuidance window. You bring what is alive since we last met, a win, a question, a draft, or an edge.
  3. 35 minSacred space and business work. We step into sacred space and move into your business work together. We clear any blocks and playfully discover the information we need, aligned with your vision and your medicine, and we create strategies that will work for you. This is a holistic approach that weaves in curiosity, awe, and wonder, and your self awareness helps you move through your doubts, your mental chatter, and the actions that were never aligned with you.
  4. 10 minIntegration. You name the clear, intentional actions you will be taking from our session.
  5. 5 minClosing blessing. I close our circle and seal the work.
What is included

Everything we hold together

  • Six private 75 minute sessions on Zoom, weekly or every other week, all within three months.
  • A set LUSH focus for every session, opened and closed in ritual.
  • An intake questionnaire before our first session, where you also choose Voxer or Slack.
  • Voxer or Slack support between sessions during my work hours. A reply may take up to 24 hours, and if something is urgent, simply let me know and I will prioritize it that day.
  • A sacred practice and a strategic practice to carry between each session.
  • The LUSH Business Academy course lessons, self paced, during our three months together.
  • A recording of every session.

Hey, I'm Sora!

I am a strategist, educator, and space holder, the founder of Devoted Energy Coaching School, and the creator of the Devoted Archetypes. I have been a coach since 2012, holding space for coaches and healers for over fourteen years.

I lead LUSH Business Academy and the LUSH Business Mastermind, and I host the Sacred Strategy podcast.

I'm a 6/2 Splenic Projector, a New Yorker with strong opinions, and dog mom to Delphi.

Questions

Before you apply

How is this different from LUSH Business Academy and the Mastermind?

LUSH Business Academy is a twelve month group program with the course, the community, and our live group calls. The LUSH Business Mastermind is a year together in a circle of Luminaries, by application.

Private LUSH Mentorship is three months of one on one time with me, with the Academy lessons alongside.

Weekly or every other week?

You choose. Weekly keeps the momentum close, and every other week gives each between session practice more time to settle. All six sessions happen within three months.

Do I get the Academy community and live calls?

Private LUSH Mentorship includes the self paced Academy lessons for our three months together. The community and the live group calls live inside LUSH Business Academy itself.

What if I need to move a session?

A session can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you miss a session, we can reschedule it one time, because life happens. After that, a missed session counts as a missed appointment and cannot be made up.
